1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 cup Sugar (brown or regular) * I usually knock this back to 1/2 cup.
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix ingredients together. Scoop onto cookie sheet. Do the Peanut Butter Cookie criss cross with the fork, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
Let cool for 2 minutes on tray, then move to rack to set up.
Makes 24 cookies. (WW) 2 Points Each
