Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup

3 cups broth (beef, chicken or vegetable)
Cooking spray
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, diced
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1 cup fresh green beans
1 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 large zucchini, diced


Spray a large saucepan with cooking spray, saute carrot, onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the zucchini and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to simmer and cook until the beans are tender. Add the zucchini and cook until the zucchini are tender. Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: This soup is good on it's own and has zero points on weight watchers. Sometimes though, I add two links of a chicken sausage along with the carrots, onion and garlic and saute them until browned and cooked through - this adds a little meat to the dish.
