Chicken with Tomatoes and Cheese

I usually call this PMS Chicken because I usually make it when I don't really feel like cooking but the family has to eat. Use what you have on hand...this is just a concept recipe.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
seasonings - salt, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic salt (whatever you like)
Mozzarella cheese

Place chicken breasts in 13 X 9 pan. Season with salt and Pepper. Pour diced tomatoes on top, (do not drain tomatoes - the juices keep the chicken moist) add seasonings to taste.

Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken breast are done. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven to melt.

Variations. I have made this also with a can of tomato sauce and topped with American cheese. Rotel and Monterey Jack Cheese...you get the idea
